Equipment required

A wall and A Ball 

Description

Start with tossing the ball against the wall chest trap and strike on volley back against the wall, continue to keep the ball up and work your way up the ladder... 

Reps

Attempt 5 reps, then try 10, once you have 10 can you get to 20, and continue through until you have maxed out your quality control in the tight space.
