Ball Mastery and Touches

Duration

15-18 Minutes (90 Seconds of work x 2 sets - each exercise)

Equipment required

3 Cones in Triangle (size varies upon age/ability) + Wall/rebounder/or Partner

Description

Pass Ball off the wall and receive

(a) 2 touch across the body right foot to left foot / left foot to right foot

(b) 2 touch outside of foot away - right foot to right foot / left foot yo left foot

(c) add feint on touch (roll across, stop, scissors, outside touch, pass)

(d) Receive on the turn and dribble figure 8 around the back cone of the triangle

(e) Toss against the wall - or have teammate toss to you & receive across the body with “CAP Touch”

(f) Toss higher against the wall & receive with Chest or Thigh in direction across the cones.

Reps

2 sets each exercise for 60-90 Seconds of work. Alternating left and right foot each
