 Director of Coaching
Garry Guyan, gguyan@norcorush.com

Northern Colorado Rush is pleased to announce that Garry Guyan has been named the new Director of Coaching. He will begin work immediately with our advanced and PDL players, team coaches, managers, and volunteers.   Garry brings extensive experience from all over the world.  He will ensure that our coaches are well-trained and supported while guiding the overall development of our players.  
 
According to Director of Operations,  Lynda McManus, Garry is a great fit:  “After an extensive search, we are thrilled for the club, players and coaches to have someone of Garry’s caliber at Northern Colorado Rush.  Our players will benefit from his professionalism, education, and enthusiasm, in addition to his international experience. His belief that youth players should be challenged always in a positive learning environment make him a great fit.”
 
Statement from Garry, "I am very excited about my role as Director of Coaching at Northern Colorado Rush.  After working in professional soccer clubs and organizations both as a player and coach the world over , I feel this experiences will help me shape the future of The Bootleggers. I am eager to meet all the players and staff whilst bringing in new techniques and philosophies to an already established club.”
 
Garry is new to Colorado arriving in Littleton, Colorado from England on Monday evening, August 1.   He is a native Aberdeen, Scotland with his sports career taking him to Australia, Korea, India, Europe, and Oceania as a Academy Manager, Disability Coach, Technical Director, Coach, Consultant, and Youth Development Director. Session curriculum, match analysis, scheduling, player development is just a very short list of his experience.  Under the England Football Association he holds his UEFA B, FA Youth Module 1, 2, & 3, and FA Futsal Level 1.  In addition he has earned a FA Youth Award and FA Coaching Disabled Footballers Award.

Lisa Lubke - Goalkeeping Coach

Greeley, CO - Northern Colorado Rush is pleased to welcome Lisa Lubke as the club’s new Goalkeeper Coach. Lubke, the current Assistant Coach/Goalkeeper Coach at the University of Northern Colorado, brings valuable coaching and playing experience to Norco Rush and will be an exciting addition to the growing organization.

Lubke was a Division I goalkeeper at Radford University and also played internationally at Durham University in England. Following her impressive collegiate career, Lubke has spent the past four years coaching at universities programs and clubs across the country including Hill, Gardner-Webb University, West Valley College, Vision Soccer Club, and Burlingame Soccer Club.

"We’re excited to announce Lisa Lubke as we grow our relationship with UNC and Rush,” says Colorado Rush Soccer GM Garry . “Tim Barrera (UNC Women’s Soccer Head Coach) has been instrumental in making this happen and we’re delighted that Lisa will be working in the club. Lisa has an extensive playing and coaching background and will be a huge asset the club. We can’t wait for her to begin working with the players!”

Players can watch for Lubke to make appearances at coaches starting this upcoming season.
